Building on its completely unique shopping experience, B&H needed a new campaign to remind audiences what truly sets it apart.

A series of videos narrated by New York filmmaker Ed Burns, created to embrace the humanity, expertise, and New York soul of B&H — not just highlight its products. Built specifically for YouTube, the series is developed in partnership with Google, using real-time analytics to optimize and improve results. By focusing on the deep knowledge and honest approach of employees, the campaign showcases B&H’s radical transparency and what truly sets the brand apart.
